OpenVolumetric is developed openly on GitHub. Please choose the most appropriate route so that questions and feedback can be followed up effectively.

General enquiries

For research, partnerships, demonstrations, and other general project enquiries, email m.volino@surrey.ac.uk.

Technical problems

Use GitHub Issues for reproducible bugs, build failures, compatibility findings, and documentation problems. Before opening an issue, review the troubleshooting guide.

Include the affected platform and engine version, source mode, reproduction steps, and relevant log messages wherever possible.

Questions and community discussion

Use GitHub Discussions to ask usage questions, propose ideas, share projects, and talk about contributing to OpenVolumetric.

Project conversations should remain public where practical so that answers and decisions can benefit the wider community. Once a report becomes a confirmed bug or a clearly scoped development task, it can move to GitHub Issues.
